Installation steps
- Download: For Android, visit the wukongjitu site or app store link; for iOS, open this page in Safari and save to home screen.
- Install: On Android, allow unknown sources in device settings, then tap the APK file to complete installation; on iOS, the web app icon opens in fullscreen mode.
- Register: Open the app and enter your email, create a username and password, provide your mobile number, and upload identity documents for account verification.
- Start: Link your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or a bank account), make your first deposit, and begin placing bets on football or live-dealer games.
App versus web browser
Our native Android app stores recent match data and market information locally, reducing the need to re-fetch data on every visit and speeding up navigation on slower connections. The app sends push notifications for live-score updates, odds changes, and account status alerts, which the browser version does not. The app also maintains a persistent login session, so you remain signed in across multiple opens without re-entering credentials. On iOS, the web app delivers the same feature set as the browser but can be added to your home screen for single-tap access, mimicking the native app experience. Both the Android app and web interface display the same sportsbook markets, live-dealer tables, and slot games; the choice is primarily one of convenience and notification preference.
Device compatibility
We support Android devices running Android 7 or later; newer versions (Android 11+) provide the smoothest experience. On iOS, the web app works on iOS 12 and newer, with iOS 14+ offering the best performance. Desktop browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox on Windows and macOS) are supported on all recent versions. If you are using an older device, you may encounter slow loading times, missing UI elements, or inability to access certain features such as live video for live-dealer tables.
Common installation issues
If you see a warning that the app cannot be installed because it is from an unknown source, open your device settings, navigate to Security or Privacy, and enable the option to install apps from unknown sources. Some Android versions label this as "Install unknown apps" and require you to grant permission per app rather than globally. On iOS, if the web app does not appear to save to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari, tap Share, and select "Add to Home Screen" rather than "Add Bookmark". If the app begins but fails to load your account, check that your internet connection is stable and try closing and reopening the app. If deposits or withdrawals do not appear, verify your payment method (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account) is correctly linked in your account settings and contact customer support if the issue persists longer than the standard processing window.
Data, permissions, and account security
We collect your email, username, phone number, identity document number, and payment details (such as your mobile banking, local payment, or bank account reference) to operate your account and process deposits and withdrawals. The Android app requests permission to access your device's internet connection and, on some devices, to send notifications. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, location, or files.
